1. Are you a psychotherapist?
No, I am not a psychotherapist. I am a Certified IFS Practitioner (Level 3 trained), an IFIO Practitioner, a Brainspotting Practitioner, a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, Master Core Gift Facilitator, and a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist ™.
2. Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance.
3. What does working with you entail?
After the initial complimentary call, when you are ready to begin, we schedule our first appointment. In this session, we discuss the topics you’d like to address during our work together and determine the best approach for your needs. This marks the beginning of a series of sessions, with a recommended commitment of 6 months for sustainable results. It is also possible to embark on an online Individual IFS Intensive®, a retreat-style approach to working with me from the comfort of your home or another suitable location of your choice.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly request a 48-hour notice for individual session cancellations. For Individual IFS Intensive® a 14-day notice is applicable.
5. When is payment expected?
I kindly ask that payment be completed before each session. If you choose to purchase a package, payment for the package must be made before the first session. For Individual IFS Intensive®, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 50% charged one, three, or five days before the Intensive, depending on its duration.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

I offer worldwide online sessions in English, Dutch, and Polish.
9. Do you offer sessions for couples?
Yes, I offer sessions for couples using the IFIO (Intimacy From Inside Out) approach. These sessions are tailored to help couples deepen their connection, improve communication, and address relational issues.
10. How long is each session?
Individual IFS or Brainspotting sessions last 60 minutes, while couples IFIO sessions are 75 minutes. Extended sessions can be arranged upon request.
11. How often are sessions scheduled?
Both individual and sessions for couples can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
12. Do you offer any special packages or intensives?
Yes, I offer special packages for Individual IFS Intensives®, which are designed for individuals who want to dive deep into their healing and personal growth process over a concentrated period. These intensives can span 1, 3, or even 5 days and include extended sessions to accelerate your progress. Please contact me for more information about these packages.
13. What is the Individual IFS Intensive®?
The Individual IFS Intensive® is a unique approach for clients who prefer a more intensive and focused therapeutic experience. During the Intensive, clients set aside dedicated time for an at-home customized IFS retreat, allowing them to immerse themselves in healing and growth. The duration can vary from 1 to 5 days, and sessions can be up to 5 hours long each day. The Individual IFS Intensive® is tailored to the client’s specific needs and offers a deep dive into their inner system. Please contact me for more details if you are interested in this experience.
14. Can I work with you if I'm outside the Netherlands?
Yes, I offer worldwide online sessions, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world.
15. What is the pre-Intensive and post-Intensive session?
Before starting an Individual IFS Intensive, we have a pre-Intensive session to design an experience that aligns with your specific requirements. After completing the Individual IFS Intensive®, we also have a post-Intensive session to integrate your insights and experiences from the intensive. These sessions help ensure that you get the most out of your this experience.

Yes, I offer a 15 minutes complimentary introductory call for new clients.
During this call, we can discuss your needs and goals, and you can learn more about how I can assist you on your journey to healing and growth.
18. What is your approach to therapy and coaching?
My approach to therapy and coaching is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which is a non-pathologizing and holistic approach to healing and personal growth. I also incorporate elements of Brainspotting and other therapeutic modalities to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. I focus on creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their inner worlds, gain insights, and make positive changes in their lives.
19. What is the IFIO approach for couples?
FIO (Intimacy From Inside Out) is an experiential model that applies the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to couples’ relationships. It helps couples deepen their connection, improve communication, and address relational issues by inviting each partner to explore their individual inner worlds and develop self-compassion. IFIO sessions are designed to foster emotional security within each partner, enabling them to stay connected even during times of stress or conflict.
20. What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach that leverages precise eye positioning, somatic awareness, focused mindfulness, and the therapist’s deep attunement to process and release traumatic memories. It is a powerful tool for processing and healing distressing experiences that may be beyond the reach of conscious awareness. Brainspotting can help restore balance to the nervous system and promote rapid relief and profound insight.
21. What types of issues do you work with in therapy and coaching?
I work with a wide range of issues, including life transitions, grief, relational trauma, partners of undiagnosed ASD, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse (including religious contexts), self-esteem, shame, and anxiety. I draw from my diverse training and expertise to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Yes, I offer support for trauma survivors using trauma-informed approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy (especially Somatic IFS), and Brainspotting. These approaches can help trauma survivors process and heal from their traumatic experiences in a safe and compassionate way.
